Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how GROOMS, LLC ("GROOMS," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you join our waitlist or use joingrooms.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

When you hold a weekend on our waitlist, you choose to give us:

We also automatically collect limited technical data (such as device and browser type and general usage) to operate and secure the Site.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run GROOMS, under agreements that limit their use of it — for example, our database and hosting providers, our email provider, and our payments processor. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or release a held weekend, by emailing hello@joingrooms.com. Because a held weekend is not a confirmed booking and carries no payment, you can release it any time before you fund a trip.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Age

GROOMS is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this Policy as GROOMS grows. We'll post the new version here with an updated date; material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
