The GROOMS crew card is not yet issued. It launches alongside the full trip experience, once your crew funds a trip.
When the card program goes live, the crew card will be a pre-funded commercial card issued through our banking and payments partners and usable everywhere major cards are accepted. Before any card is issued to you or your crew, you'll be presented with the full Cardholder Agreement and card program terms from the issuing partner, and you'll need to accept them to activate a card.
Right now, GROOMS only offers a free waitlist hold — no card is issued and no money is collected. Holding a weekend creates no payment obligation and can be released at any time. GROOMS is a trip-planning and coordination service, not a bank, and does not itself hold, lend, or transmit funds.
